Prior to launching TCP, Frantz was a senior investment banker at a boutique M&A and advisory firm since 2013. There, he provided support at all stages of the transaction, including sourcing and origination, financial modeling, due diligence, drafting and negotiations. Prior to that, Frantz served as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.
Frantz is a classically-trained trumpet player with several performances at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He also founded the LeFrac Foundation, a nonprofit organization designed to improve the lives of disadvantaged youths through education in developing countries.
Frantz holds a B.S. in Finance and Management and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy, both from the University of Maryland, College Park. Frantz lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife, daughter, and two sons. In his spare time, Frantz enjoys reading, traveling and chauffeuring his kids.
