Frantz Casseus

Founder & Managing Director

Prior to launching TCP, Frantz was a senior investment banker at a boutique M&A and advisory firm since 2013. There, he provided support at all stages of the transaction, including sourcing and origination, financial modeling, due diligence, drafting and negotiations. Prior to that, Frantz served as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.

Frantz is a classically-trained trumpet player with several performances at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He also founded the LeFrac Foundation, a nonprofit organization designed to improve the lives of disadvantaged youths through education in developing countries.

Frantz holds a B.S. in Finance and Management and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy, both from the University of Maryland, College Park. Frantz lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife, daughter, and two sons. In his spare time, Frantz enjoys reading, traveling and chauffeuring his kids.

J. Steve Hittle

Director

Prior to joining TCP, Mr. Hittle was the founder and CEO of Grandview Real Estate Companies – a real estate private equity and development firm in Washington, DC, focused on redeveloping distressed urban in-fill residential and mixed-use opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as purchasing value-add multi-family throughout the U.S.

Prior to Grandview, Mr. Hittle was an investment banker at Banc of America Securities in New York City performing merger and acquisition services in the Financial Technology sector.

He received his Political Science degree from Creighton University. Mr. Hittle lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in several local charities focused primarily on homelessness issues.

Ledgine Baptiste

Vice President

Prior to joining Trafalgar, Ledgine was a Director at W.R. Berkley Corporation, where she led a team of managers through cross-functional execution of the enterprise's technology roadmap and translating business strategy into technology delivery plans. She also advised on numerous transactions related to her expertise in technology integration, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and project management.

Before her tenure at W.R. Berkley, Ledgine was a Director in FTI’s Office of the CFO Solutions group in the Corporate Finance segment. She also served as a Manager in PwC’s ERP Consulting practice. Ledgine began her career at Deloitte Consulting as a Technology Consultant.

Ledgine has a B.S. in Information Systems of Business and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their young children.
